When I first began my search for a new Insurance person after an interstate move, I was resistant because I had been with Nationwide for over 30 years! It only took a few minutes with Kathy to realize this was going to be a totally different experience. Kathy listened deeply to what my concerns were, my unique situation. It was a wonderfully easy and efficient process. I came away understanding clearly how my previous insurance had some gaps! And what exactly it meant to not only be insured, but to actually be protected! I feel such relief knowing it’s all handled, and that I have an agent I can call anytime! Kathy is capable, compassionate, reliable and I know, that IF something was to actually happen, perhaps even tragic, that I have a true and caring friend who looks after my insurance needs and claims with honor and respect for me and my family.
